Permanent exhibition: "From observing nature to nanophysics"
The current special exhibition: "Demokratie er-leben. Your voice. Your choice. Your future..." provides insights into the first beginnings of democracy since Ancient Greece as well as the resumption of this idea in the early modern period and its further development up to the present day. The focus is on the question: How much say do the people really have?

Children's programme: What does democracy have to do with broken glass?
A hands-on station where you can write on shards of pottery in ancient Greek, just like at the shard court.

Slip into the Himation, a cloak that Greek politicians once wore on the Pnyx at the People's Assembly.

Dance performance intro to the special exhibition "Experience Democracy": the ideas and impressions of the exhibition are not only visually and aurally absorbed and anchored in the memory, but also kinaesthetically: in moments of expressive dance, the audience is encouraged to experience and reflect on democracy in motion.
