The UniGraz@Museum 's permanent exhibition includes the largest digital book, the world's longest wave machine and objects that illustrate the development of physical research: From the ship's chronometer and Austria's oldest preserved laser apparatus to the tunnel microscope, which works entirely without light and optical lenses. In addition, insights into scientific ethics are provided.

The exhibition also invites visitors to experiment. Visitors can experience how figure skaters control their speed and measure their strength on the Magdeburg hemispheres. The influencing machine shows whether the spirit of research has been ignited.
Special exhibitions and workshops designed specifically for the interested public round off the museum's offerings:
The current temporary exhibition "Experiencing democracy. Your voice. Your vote. Your future…" (to be visited from 24 June 2025) invites you to critically look at the past and present of democracy.
It provides insights into the first beginnings of the concept of democracy in Ancient Greece as well as the revival of this idea in the early modern and its development until today.
How do you engage?
Our workshops can be booked flexibly and are also offered to school classes as a practical supplement to STEM subjects.
